Billing Policies
We accept most insurance plans. If you are planning to switch plans or have any questions regarding your insurance, please call the member services number located on your insurance card. Verify with your insurance directly that we are in network with your policy. Each insurance policy is individual and may have different rules and processes with different requirements, it’s good to know exactly how your insurance plan works for you.
It is also important to update our office every time a change is made to your insurance. It is your responsibility to provide current insurance information to help ensure accurate billing. Please note, that you are financially responsible for all medical treatment provided to you at our office that is not covered by your insurance plan. All co-pays are due at the time off the visit.
Please be courteous to all patients and providers and notify our office if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Please call our office with a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will avoid preventing another patient from being seen during that time.
**If you have any further questions regarding insurance, please contact our billing office at 619-270-4388 and select the option for the billing department.**
